Hello Residents
Today we will be milling 8th street between A street and Pine Street. Pine street between 8th and 6th street. Then the crew will jump over to E street between Highway 95 and 9th to continue milling. 8th street between Highway 5 and A street is still closed along with B street between Highway 95 to 8th Street. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Hello Residents. The City will be finishing the paving on G street today 10/3/2024. Roads that are still closed are 8th street between Highway 5 and A street. B street between Highway 95 and 8th Street. The City will begin prep work for Pine Street on 10/4/2024. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue this project.

Hello Residents
The City will be paving these roads today. Beginning south of Highway 5 on 8th street to D street. D street between 8th and 9th street. 9th street from Highway 5 to railroad tracks. D street from Highway 95 to 9th street and G street from Milwaukee to 1st street. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to finish this project.

Good morning, Residents!
Interstate will continue preparing for paving today, the 26th and Friday the 27th on 9th Street, D Street and 8th Street. Paving begins Monday, ends Thursday, weather permitting. The paving order will be as follows; 9th Street from D street to Seltice Ave, then D street from 8th Street to Hwy 95, finally 8th Street from D Street to Hwy 5 and G Street from Milwaulkee Ave to 1st Street.
Simco will be tearing down and preparing 8th Street from Hwy 5 to Pine Ave starting today the 26th. Following, they will be grading the road on B Street, from 8th Street to Hwy 95.
These projects will result in road closures and detour routes. Please plan accordingly, we have mapped which the road sections will be affected and have attached the map below labeled Road Project just click the link to view.
The City of Plummer is conducting an inventory on our water lines. Please click the link below at the bottom of this page labeled Customer Engagement Letter that explains what the City is looking for. We are requesting residents within the city limits to fill out the Survey form labeled LSLI Survey. You can email that back to kelley@cityofplummer.org or drop it off at City Hall Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm or through the mail slot after hours.

- 2023 Consumer Confidence Report is NOW AVAILABLE under Water Reports in the Water tab. We will mail out a copy with July 2024 utility bills. You can also pick a copy up at City Hall Monday through Friday 9am to 5 pm.
The City of Plummer is now accepting online payments for utility services. We have partnered with Access Idaho to accept credit & debit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card).
There will be a 2.5% charge plus a $1.00 fee added to your credit or debit card bill if you choose to make your payment with a credit or debit card. These added charges will be paid directly to Access Idaho for their services and the City of Plummer will only receive your payment amount.

The City of Plummer now has scheduled payments which will allow you to make a one-time or recurring payment using your credit/debit card or checking account. Just click on the "SCHEDULED PAYMENTS" link on the right side of this page.
About the City of Plummer
Plummer is located in the western portion of Benewah County in Idaho's panhandle and is centrally located in the Coeur d'Alene Indian Reservation. Plummer is 35 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, 50 miles north of Moscow, 18 miles west of St. Maries, and only 9 miles east of the Washington state line.
Plummer's elevation is 2,722 feet above sea level. Plummer enjoys relatively moderate weather. The lowest average daily temperature is 21° F in January and the highest average daily temperature is 86° F in July. The annual precipitation is 23.77 inches with an average annual snowfall of 8.2 inches.
Plummer's population was 1028 in the 2010 Census and is currently estimated at 1044.
