Plummer's water rates increase with usage to encourage conservation.

Residential Rate:

$23.79 monthly base fee (minimum charge)
Plus usage fees:
   First 5,000 gallons at $3.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 20,000 gallons at $4.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 25,000 gallons at $4.50 per thousand gallons
   Remaining usage at $6.00 per thousand gallons 

Multi-Unit Residential Rate:

$30.94 monthly base fee (minimum charge)
Plus usage fees:
   First 5,000 gallons at $3.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 20,000 gallons at $4.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 25,000 gallons at $4.50 per thousand gallons
   Remaining usage at $6.00 per thousand gallons 

Commercial Rate:

$30.94 monthly base fee (minimum charge)
Plus usage fees:
   First 5,000 gallons at $3.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 20,000 gallons at $4.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 25,000 gallons at $4.50 per thousand gallons
   Next 50,000 gallons at $5.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 150,000 gallons at $6.00 per thousand gallons
   Remaining usage at $8.00 per thousand gallons 

Industrial Rate:

$37.41 monthly base fee (minimum charge)
Plus usage fees:
   First 5,000 gallons at $3.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 20,000 gallons at $4.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 25,000 gallons at $4.50 per thousand gallons
   Next 50,000 gallons at $5.00 per thousand gallons
   Next 150,000 gallons at $6.00 per thousand gallons
   Remaining usage at $8.00 per thousand gallons
