Flushing Fire Hydrants

NOTICE OF FIRE HYDRANT FLUSHING

The City of Plummer Water Department will be conducting our annual fire hydrant flushing on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Flushing will take place in the area between Highway 5 and Pine Street, and from 9th Street to Toetly Road.

Residents in these areas may experience temporary drops in water pressure and/or discolored water during and shortly after the flushing process. If discoloration occurs, run cold water from a faucet until the water clears.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we perform this important maintenance to help ensure the quality and reliability of the City's water system.
