Meters are read monthly between the 20th and 25th.  Billing statements are mailed to customers by the first of the following month. Billing is due the 10th of each month and is considered past due if not paid by the tenth (10th) of the same month. All new utility accounts require a completed application, a copy of photo identification, and a copy of a rental application.*  New accounts also require a deposit prior to receiving service.

*If the applicant is renting a unit, a copy of the rental agreement will be required. If the applicant is a new owner of the property, a copy of the warranty deed will be required to prove ownership.
