New electric, water, and sewer hook ups require completion of the appropriate application below. Applications are to be returned to City Hall 880 C Street, Plummer or mailed to City of Plummer, P.O. Box B, Plummer, ID 83851 with the appropriate fees, maps, and support documentation.
All new customers will also need to complete an application for service and pay the appropriate deposit. Please see the section on utility accounts for more information.
