Building Permits
Building permits are required in the City of Plummer in accordance with the International Building Codes.
Permits are issued through City Hall. The City contracts with Clearwater Building Inspections for inspection services. In addition, the City of Plummer's Public Works Superintendent will be on site periodically and does have the authority to view all permits and building documents per building site.
